As I am a Karen tribe, I understand the poverty and lack of children that they don’t have those chances. Some of them would like to continue their studies. But no opportunity because their family are very poor. Some parents are addicted to drugs and unable to support the children to have the opportunity to study in higher levels. I have therefore formed this foundation to give opportunities to those children to follow their dream. Many scholarship children have graduated, then have brought to help next generations to be able to study in a university. I am confident when we give those children a chance, they will learn to give more opportunities to help others. Because it is more blessed to give than to receive.
ในฐานะที่ข้าพเจ้าเป็นคนชนเผ่ากะเหรี่ยง ข้าพเจ้าเข้าใจถึงความขัดสนและยากจนของเด็กๆ ที่เขาไม่มีโอกาสเหล่านั้น บางคนอยากเรียนต่อแต่ไม่มีโอกาส เพราะฐานะทางบ้านยากจนมาก บางคนพ่อแม่ติดยาเสพติด และไม่สามารถสนับสนุนลูกให้มีโอกาสได้เรียนสูงๆ ได้ ข้าพเจ้าเลยจัดตั้งกลุ่มนี้ขึ้นมาเพื่อหยิบยื่นโอกาสให้เด็กๆเหล่านั้น ได้ทำตามความฝัน เด็กที่ได้ทุนหลายคนเรียนจบมา ก็ได้หยิบยื่นช่วยเหลือน้องๆรุ่นต่อไปที่เรียนต่อมหาวิทยาลัย ข้าพเจ้ามั่นใจว่า เมื่อเราได้ให้โอกาสแก่เด็กๆเหล่านั้น เขาก็จะเรียนรู้ที่จะให้โอกาสช่วยเหลือคนอื่นอีกมากมาย เพราะการให้เป็นสุขยิ่งกว่าการรับเสมอ
